At CastNReel Fishin, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Another resolution deemed appropriate

There is no additional cost for approved replacements related to manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Size Exchanges

Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Changing your mind after purchase

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, order modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

CastNReel Fishin is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Other events outside our control

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally issued only when:

  • An item arrives damaged
  • An item is defective
  • An incorrect item was received
  • An order cannot be fulfilled

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
