Thank you for shopping with CastNReel Fishin.
All of our apparel is made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters production before being shipped to your door.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Method
We currently offer one shipping option:
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
- Flat rate: $4.75 per order
Shipping times begin after production is complete and your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Multiple Suppliers & Shipments
We currently work with three fulfillment suppliers. If your order contains products made by different suppliers, it may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Each package may have its own tracking number.
Because items may ship from different locations, additional shipping charges may apply. All shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
CastNReel Fishin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
